By the way, a good friend of mine from college writes for this magazine. I
was able to hook in up with Dave after he went to the Astor collection so
that we could, as Russ said, "set the record straight". My friend (Jeff) is
a total car nut and definitely thinks Corvairs are cool.

Probably the Pate Museum of Transportation in Fort Worth. Not to be
confused with the Texas Transportation Museum that has the 1996 Corvair
