Body panels, bumper covers, light assemblies etc are going to make someone
very rich if they salvage and sell these cars as parts. Yes they were
submerged but
they were only in the soup for a relatively short time period. The
prices that body shops
and insurance companies have to spend to repair wrecks is a very
lucrative business for the
aftermarket and technically all that would happen would be that the
parts would be "used"
or salvage parts which are used 24/7 now to repair cars and trucks.
