Been there, lived there... Led to fuel taxes so high that in 1991-1994
we were paying close to $5 a gallon for gas. Recently I hear they have
been paying closer to $8 a gallon... With gov't programs come huge
costs, huge hurdles to get simple procedures done. Country in question
was/is Italy. Plenty to read on the web - Europeans criticizing their
own health care systems. I have no faith our's would be any better. No
thanks... Now, health care price controls might be worth discussion b/c
