Stay that way PLEASE. We have enough people from the mid-west in Florida 
already most of whom wonder why they waited so long since half the people 
they know are here already.

For me it was one -10 degree January day in 1975. Arrived at the Delco 
plant at 0-dark-30 and the wind was blowing and thought "I am going to work 
here for 30 years so I can retire to Florida ?" Six months later I was 
working south of N35:00:00 and still periodically have to convince my 
employer not to move me. We now are in the nine months when I do not have 
to wait for the temperature to drop under 90 to work in the garage.
