So I read on the Corvair site:

"Shortly after model introduction, a fellow from the Chicago area who 
was a dealer there - a man by the name of Dick Doan- got the idea to 
take three Corvairs down the Pan American Highway from the US into the 
Canal Zone. Now maybe this doesn't sound too tough, but at that time in 
1960 the Pan American Highway was no more than a line somebody had 
drawn on a map. It looked great on the map but there was no road there."

Then he goes on to tell about some movies that were made. Do they 
exist? Who do I beg to see them? I'd LOVE to see the uncut version. If 
they are public domain we ought to submit them to www.archive.org...
