HI Padgett,
I have one or two of those.  They are for the pickup.  I'll look and see if 
I can find the manual, but here is what the hook to, I just don't know 
which is which.  One goes to the number one spark plug wire, I think it 
logically would be the clack blocky one that snaps over the number one 
spark plug wire.  The second one is a capacitive pickup and I think it goes 
to the coil high voltage wire, between the ignition coil and the 
distributor cap.  I might have them backwards, but I don't think so.
