It's happening in all aspects of the "workforce"     The Company I work for  
gets contracts based on the ability of their employees / resources, etc. and 
has since 1964!

WE  now will have to be FEDERALLY  certified to do what we already do....and 
have for years.....but now $$$$  will have to be spent to get it!!  ggg

And we can do it ONLINE  without anyone  SEEING us perform one of these 
"dangerous / enviormentally sensitive tasks!"

Just imagine......soon lclc  won't be qualified to work on Corvairs.....LOL!
