Yes but it is not a folder. Mine from about 20 years ago is in three 
looseleaf binders and each is about 2" thick and that only includes 
1963-1978 (1932-1962 was in a different book I did not buy).

Now there are only a limited number that reference the H and HV carbs and 
are found in the 9D-6 section  .There is also a "Service Manual" -15 pages 
dated 1966, Adjustment and tune up (5) pages, and assorted full parts lists 
(basically two pages per year, all in different places. Have not been 
through the technical notes yet.

Have converted some to a .pdf for personal use but am not sure about 
copyright so cannot post openly. What exactly were you looking for ?

Note: this does not include the Carter's. Have some info on them but is 
mostly on AFBs.
