my new  64 monza came from the factory without seat belts.  the dealer put 
them in, along with the radio  and the wire hubcaps.  now as i remember it , 
most accessories like belts , radios, etc were all installed by the dealer back 
then , so you might get a different buckle, etc depending on dealer stock? each 
year back in the 60's the dealer here in town would sell off the last years 
accessories by the box cheap at the parts counter, antennas radios , cruise 
controls , power trunks etc.   they must have made more money that way?
is this how it was done elsewhere?  my 65 impala caprice was the same way.
