Gary,
Nope... that is just in the placement of the parking light wire in the 
plug... I have both my 61 & 63 Greenbriers set up that way since I have the cab 
marker lights on the roof, and the lights stay on in both parking light mode and 
headlight mode. The 61 has it's original headlamp switch as far as I know.
I wonder if the switch used in 61 was the same as the full size pick ups for 
that year?....
