Tubeless tires!  You plug it on the car!  Nobody pays anyone anymore!  

I had the same problem on my 69..right front........2 ways to get loose;

1  put lugnuts back on finger tight..back off 1 turn.....DRIVE!

2  Long prybar between steering arm and rim.......2 people to pull......be 
ready for a big BANG!........then the wheel will slip right back on!  no  
cleaning necessary!

Go figure!
