from my brothers car, no insurance or inspection. Stopped to fuel up and two
state police officers pulled in for fuel. Lucklily I made it without
incedent. Never again will I do that..

I'll agree with "no insurance"  being something I wouldn't do...if the car 
belongs to you and the plates belong to you most states I've ever lived in 
give you 30 days to transfer.
