The LM parking brake ratchet design is much different than the EM design 
illustrated in the the instructions that Joe West pointed to below. 
Also, the bracket that came with my switch is topologically very 
different than that which was illustrated in the instructions.  Maybe 
there is a later instruction corresponding to the bracket I have.  It 
beats me, though, where it could fit near the ratchet mechanism.
