<VV> belt problem due to excessive bragging

Joe, if any or all of those belts your son has/is used/using were ever 
stored "folded up" ie not
in their sleeve or stored open and not doubled over, they will have 
a"memory" that
prevents the engine and pulleys from creating a proper flexibility around the
pulleys, crank and fan.
