As Craig Nicol will verify, there is a 64-65 FC-only four speed but it also has the 3.65 first gear of the 62-63 four speeds.  The cluster gears are not interchangeable with the car four speeds for example.  However, the FC trans offers a benefit over the 3.20 first gear of the 64-65 car four speeds if you are seeking to employ a 3.08 ring and pinion gear set.
