<VV> Glovebox surround....

At the top of the glovebox surround area on the dash (Corsa) there are 
three screw holes. On the surround, there are three tabs that look like 
they can "hook"  over screws in those holes. But once the surround is in 
place there's no way to reach those screws to tighten them. What goes in 
those holes - some kind of special stud? Just a screw that you leave a 
little loose? Some kind of plastic fitting? Nothing?
