This guy died.  Haven't heard if they are going to charge the guys
yet.  Probably not.

This article said the guy could be charged, I don't know if he
actually was.  Probably at least for discharging firearm in city
limits.

I'm thinking about giving up stealing cars.  Too dangerous.
