Why does there continue to be such confusion or mis-information about
the room situation? It's a bit discouraging to hear weeks ago that they 
were all
sold out and now there are 20 rooms.  It makes it very difficult to make 
airline bookings
in advance when no one knows what's available. Madam President said that 
this year
things were going to be different. They don't appear to be any different 
than in the past.
