<VV> Turbo Heat Shield Question

I have a question about the correct heat shield for my 66 turbo.

Over the years I have seen 3 types. Ones with a
- small dimple maybe a couple of inches across
- larger dimple, perhaps 4-5 inches across (going from memory)
- half of the side seemingly pushed in

I have examples of the first and last in my parts bin.

My question is - which is the right one for my 66 ?
