I thought most people had chased it down...

It's the marina blue '66 Monza ragtop owned by Selma Kelly of Salem  VA, 
member of the Roanoke Valley Corvair Club.   He attends the cruise-in at 
Fast Freddies in Salem, just west of Roanoke, on Saturdays during good 
weather months as do about a thousand or so other people.

Some promotions people working for Sheetz came to the Fast Freddies 
cruise-in looking for a prospective car to include in the filming of a 
Sheetz commercial.    They looked over the appx 200 cars that had showed up 
that evening and of all the Camaros, Mustangs, Chevelles, Vettes, Mopar 
muscle, etc, they picked Selma's Monza ragtop.

Not only did they give his car national exposure, they paid him a pretty 
fair price for the privilege as well as also putting him in the 
commercial.   He's the older fellow with glasses sitting on the park bench 
beside the road reading the newspaper as the two broke dudes push the 
ragtop down the road.
