<VV> Strange GB dash attachment

Hey,
A club member has a 63 Greenbrier; with lots of additional stuff added by the PO.  Lee (my friend) wants to remove the dash gauges to clean up the wiring ratsnest.  However, the dash panel does not have any screws in the bottom edge.
I thought all of these were supposed to have screws holding them in - this doesn't even have holes there.  Anybody have any recommendations?
