The negative goes on the part to be de-rusted, not the
positive.

To vary the ammount of power going into the solution,
you vary the ammount of metal (on the metal NOT being
derusted) in the solution.

also, you can use normal table salt, but water
softening or sidewalk salt does MUCH better....and
it's cheaper too.

I think that's it...
