The first order of business is to verify that someone wants to purchase and
donate the item to the CPF. (CORSA does take donations of historical
property.) There's no real point in sending anyone to see the rig unless
that is established.

The current owner is not interested in making a donation.

Well Matt Nall knows about these desert things, and huge generators so maybe
we should send him to negotiate terms for CORSA and CPF. Then this could be
a combined effort by all to accomplish the impossible a bit sooner. Seth
could go along as he is very skillful at "borrowing" vehicles from others.
