<VV> Brakes

Getting my 65 110/pg/4dr ready for the season I noticed two problems.

1.  If I leave the emergency brake on overnight and try to go forwards or 
backwords it takes a bit to make it move.  Have to rev the engine with it 
in gear, and then it will jerk once and move.  I presume its the emergency 
brake sticking, but thought I would ask.

2.  In the parking lot, get it going 20 take the hands off the wheel and 
hit the brakes hard.  Leave about a 20 foot patch with 1 tire.   The 
steering wheel spins, and the car vears about 2 feet twards the side of the 
skid mark.

My normal yearly wake up is to change the oil.
Bleed the brakes.
Check the tires.

In addition I am thinking of re-building the wheel cyl.  Last done 4 
seasons ago.

Changing the rubber hoses.

Any oppions are appreciated.

Have the parts, keep them in inventory...just in case.
