<VV> Convertible Top Question

Hi,

My 66 convertible with a power top is going to have it's new top put on in a
few weeks and I want to make sure I have everything ready for the installer.
In looking over the bare frame today I noticed that the most rearward bow
simply flops around on its pivot points. Is that normal? Many moons ago the
body shop took the frame off and I've always wondered if something wasn't
put back on.
