Yes, there were pictures taken, by UPS and others. Many of them are in a 
book that is with #5999.

An interesting story about them. Of all the copies of newspapers showing 
#5999 being shoved off the line, with #6000 behind it, only the one in 
my local was printed backwards. This and several other unusual things 
seem to connect me to destiny. As it turned out, I was fortunate to have 
been able to own #5999.
