<VV> Bandwidth, was A picture of the (ahem...)

I too had no problem with Joe's posts and appreciated his taking us through to the end (well, almost - I'd like to know what caused the damage).  

The only problem I had and I have it with a lot of threads here is people quoting the entire message in their response, and the next quoting the response and the message and etc, etc....  It can get pretty long which wastes "valuable" bandwidth but more importantly to me, it makes it hard to see the response, especially since some people respond on top and some on the bottom.  

VV is by far the best mail list or newsgroup type activity I've ever been a part of.  Even the "off-topic" stuff is usally Corvair or Corsa or at least car related.  I never see the republican versus democrat mumbo jumbo that permeates everywhere else.  

You guys are all very helpful and I REALLY appreciate this group.  Just edit your responses dagnabbit!!!
