without looking up things a 6126 delco speaker is the universal 6x9 if still
made. there are 10 ohm units out there but hard to find. if i get time later i
will look into it. i used to work on gm delco stuff way back when corvairs
were in warranty...
you would need to match a speaker to the output stage of the radio by using
a transformer , not a resistor. need to do some engineering math to figure it
out. if you put a lower ohm unit on it it will draw more current from the
output stage and sound distorted when cranked up. resistance is not the same as
impedence but measure both in ohms...
