The Reynolds plant in Massena is a good 3.5-4 hour drive from Buffalo. 
Yes look on the map, due north from Syracuse.
There was a GM Plant next door to the Reynolds plant where they took the
molten aluminum to. The Aluminum components were then shipped to the
Tonawanda plant for assembley and finishing. Most likely the block halves
and heads etc..........all bare.
