<VV> IROC Wheels

Hey everyone, I found a set of camaro Iroc wheels for sale at a reasonable price. When I went to look at them I saw that they were marked "front" and "rear". The offsets were different on both. I also believe they were for a 16 inch tire. 
Question: Will these wheels fit on a late model as is or do I need to find 4 "fronts" or 4 "rears" to work?
Question 2: Since these are 16 inch rims what size tires will fits with stock springs without clearance problems?
Question 3: If the rim and tire combination will fit without problems(clearance) how will these much larger tires affect my steering? Will the extra wide fronts make the car "twitchy" at highway speeds?
I'm sure these questions have been addressed before, I'll apologize in advance.
