The giveaway in Chuck's initial post was that the manifold in question was
made of aluminum. I think everything else in a GM 2-4 setup had cast iron
intakes. Secondly, he mentions it came off a small block Chevy engine so that
eliminates it fitting anything else but a Chevy. It turns out it's from a '56
Corvette which makes it pretty desirable. This low profile manifold allowed the
carbs and aircleaners to fit under the hood of the Corvette.
