On the topic of states with multiple time zones, don't forget Florida. Part
on the panhandle is in the central time zone (beneath the GA-AL line).
 
Anyhow, why not divide CORSA regions into quadrants such as NW, SW, NE, SE?
Just a thought.....now, off to my club's monthly meeting....sunny, 70+
degrees.....great day to be in a convertible.
