Enough about vendors on the Board, already.  It is perfectly legal and the 
potential conflict-of interest issuse are addressed by the CORSA Bylaws:

Article VII, Section 13: Conflict of Interest

"No member of the Board of Directors shall engage in commercialization of 
Corvair-related materials that would create a real or apparent conflict of 
interest with his service on the Board, nor in any way interfere with his 
full performance of duties as a member of the Board. Board members engaged 
in profit-making activities related to the Corvair shall abstain from voting 
on issues that impact the activity in which that Director is involved. At 
the request of the President, such Directors may be requested to absent 
themselves from a Directors' meeting during the time such issues are under 
discussion."
