Maybe the local club could charge $35 for the first year's dues for a
new non-CORSA member with $25 going to CORSA (new member coupon) and $10
going to the local club. At the end of the first year if they want to
continue the total would be $35 plus whatever the normal local dues
currently is. This would let them have a year to decide if the really
want to be in the club and if they like CORSA.
