<VV> Gas Heater

Hello Guys!

I have located a gas heater and want to make it into an accessory for my 1963 Monza Sedan. Do any of you guys know how it fits into the trunk, how to put it in etc? And is $50 a good price to pay for a working unit? Any diagrams or help you can offer would be great! Thanks so much!
