<VV> 65-69 suspension in a 61 -63

While I was stationed in the Phillipines, I witnessed and owned a 1962 
Corvair 700 sedan with such a set up.  It retained the 62 frame to hold the 
springs and drivetrain, and the rest was fabricated.  I never raced it or 
drove it fast (they don't have many roads that will allow fast driving) but 
as far as I can remember it worked fine.
