Here is a major issue on an ULTRA car or in doing a re-body. If the body you
are going to use is rust free, no dents, and acceptable paint, then most of
the dollars I spoke of in my earlier post are saved. I still wouldn't skimp
on brakes, steering, electrical systems and suspension tho.
