CART did that, this morning on the F1 news site they said CART will honor  
all F! tickets at the Cleveland race in two weeks. Plus the FIA has called all  
the teams to a Meeting and the plan is to fine them all. I want to see them 
lose  the manufactures points that they have so far for the season that will 
cost them  a lot in season ending money. Plus none can run a third car for the 
rest of the  season or next year.
