<VV> Teflon valve seals

    I am in the process of rebuilding an engine (110) for the Rampside and installed intake valve teflon seals, I bought past year at Lexington's. After assembling heads something were bothering my mind about teflon's so, opened Bob Helt's book where I found that these seals are not recomended for Corvair engines because of too well sealing. Heads are assembled but still not installed. What do you think about ? Guides are cast iron.
