Thanks Harry - I know I ramble a bit, but it is one of my hobby horses. It 
REALLY gets me when someone comes in and says they want their car fixed with 
'no bondo' - usually they are lucky to escape without a black eye. So I just 
thought I would explain why, but I do know I am a bit long-winded...
