<VV> tires

1) I would not want to put on anything under a 6" rim
2) Diameter is going to be close to 22.3. 6.50x80x13 is approximately a 
165x80x13 (actually a common tire size since GM used millions) is 23.4 
diamater and 5" rim is fine. Note the 195x60 is over an inch shorter.
3) 195x60x13 was a good street size for my V-8 Sunbird. Always thought it 
wasn't enough rubber was largest that would fit. Was on 6" Snowflakes.

Once I find the right car, I'll probably go to about 205x60x15 on 7" or 
maybe 7"s in front and 215x65x15s on 8" rims in back. Depends on what I 
find in the garage but want to drop the revs on the highway and an not 
really concerned about 0-60. Have other cars for that. 205x60x15 was a nice 
size on my Fiero and weights are very similar despite much shorter wheelbase.

I do have odd ideas on rim widths and tire pressures for instance I like a 
rim at least as wide as the tread for street and as wide as the section for 
serious. This avoids certain "patch area reduction on corners" issues with 
DOT tires.

Probably should ask what the intended use is ?
