Dear Overkill,
Please don't jump the gun. So far ONLY one rod bearing has been found to be 
worn, and even at that we don't know by how much.  So please hang in there 
until all the facts are in. It's quite possible that only one bearing has failed. 
If all are worn, then a check of the mains MAY be in order.
