<VV> turbo/140 engine cover.

HI all.

            My 140 has a lower HP rear engine cover on it with timing marks
that only go up to 16 degrees if I remember correctly. I picked up a turbo
rear engine cover with timing marks up to 24 degrees. The part with the
numbers is aluminum riveted over the existing numbers. Is this factory or
did someone make this and rivet it on themselves? It has the round pan head
type rivets.
