<VV> Cell Phone Track - Actual (ongoing) Case - no Corvair

A young girl (age 9) died from a fall off the third floor of a rear (frame) 
porch.  The railing failed when she leaned against it.

There had been previous complaints about the porch and a city inspector 
(Chicago) had supposedly inspected and passed it the day before the fall.

Based on the GPS device built into his city issued cell phone, it was 
determined that he had only been on the premises for 13 minutes.  He is no 
longer a city of Chicago employee.

Attachments (if any) are scanned with anti-virus software.
