An electric fan is certainly doable, more a matter of designing for the 
flow required through a restrictive passage (needs a little work in the 
blade area) and providing an sufficient energy budget. Doubt that a single 
fan would work well but two might. Would also want to study the pressures 
over the deck lid and under the car, might want to make it a bottom breather.

Just a matter of engineering, money, and desire.

personally will be happy when I find the right stock LM convertible without 
rust and can do some instrumentation.
