remind me not to sarcastically complain about the weather ever again. < I
did a few weeks ago when portland had highs of 67 and 70>   Leaving central
Illinois Sunday -- expected high 102,  humidity  over 70%.    today only 96
or so.  overnight lows in the 70s

Am looking forward to the cooler weather of Portland.  the low 80s sound
soooo appealing.

super shopping center next door......may need to buy a sweater -- but
wearing shorts, knobby knees and all, while visiting.
