If the tank is otherwise fine, I'd be tempted to just screw some sheet metal
screws into the holes with rubber (maybe cut from fuel line) gaskets and
decent sized washers under the heads. Or, maybe JB weld? If you want to
pay someone to fix it, tanks can be welded.
Attachments (if any) are scanned with anti-virus software.
