The centre hole on a brake drum (placed on the floor) holds a cup of Timmy's
like a hot damn! and it doesn't slide around.

Joel

Subject: WC: Non-Weighty Question

Hi everyone,
Amidst all of the weighty issues over brakes, cooling fan physics, synthetic
oil and so on I thought I'd post a lightweight question for the group.
Much as I used to disdain them I've got used to cup holders in my "other
vehicles".
I normally carry a cup of tea in an insulated mug to work and drink it on
the way. Fine with a cup holder in the centre console but it sure didn't
work with my LM convertible!
Years ago I seem to remember seeing a large freestanding cup holder with a
bean bag style base which would sit on a more or less level floor but I
haven't seen anything like it for a while.
What do the rest of you do in this regard?
Thanks,
Bob
