<VV> Question about E-Bay Item

The abuse of the buyer on eBay Motors is notorious.

Perhaps the worst offenders are the used car dealers
who bury a 'document fee' in their small print. I've
seen these fees (basically they charge to have a
minimum wage secretary fill out the title and DMV
forms) approach $250. That's why I don't even look at
cars offered by dealerships.

Fact is, it's a caveat emptor world out there. The
seller controls the terms of the offer and it's up to
the prospective buyer to make sure he/she understands
exactly the terms of the deal before entering into it.

Of course, eBay is the only place I know where you can
find those rare 4-cylinder Corvairs with the even more
rare factory-supplied tool kits in the fitted cases.
