<VV> Carb indent number help please

Can any one give a definitive identification for the following carb tag
#7028024 with what appears to be an 8 or B above it. 

The bottom letters appear to be KS   BJ.   I know this is a late model
with a bottom idle vent and an enrichment valve. I want to rebuild two
for my 140 PG primaries.

 

Getting all the information is most of the solution.
